1. Overview & Operational Model

Welcome to Zaibora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and online store. By accessing our site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Zaibora operates an e-commerce platform targeting customers primarily in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Product sourcing, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics fulfillment are carried out through our fulfillment service partner, Zambeel.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders or register an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, including your full name, valid UAE delivery address, and active contact number.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the store are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and approved electronic payment channels managed via our checkout system and delivery partners.

  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable product costs, delivery fees, and handling charges.

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • We strive to present product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, packaging, or slight design variations may differ from displayed images.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing, product descriptions, or item availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Zaibora and its fulfillment partner Zambeel reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • If an order is canceled after payment or confirmation, we will notify you and initiate an applicable refund or cancellation of payment authorization.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and delivered in partnership with Zambeel and its designated local courier networks across the UAE.

  • Estimated delivery times are typically between 1 to 7 days from order dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not strictly guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon successful delivery to the physical address provided during checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return and refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting zaibora.uae@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 54 269 0155.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain non-returnable categories (such as personal care hygiene products or final-sale items) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via original payment methods or cash refund during courier pickup, subject to verification by Zambeel.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations and laws.

  • To submit false, misleading information, transmit viruses, or interfere with security features of the store.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaibora, its operators, employees, and fulfillment partners (including Zambeel) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the store, courier delivery delays, or temporary service unavailability.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Arab Emirates.
